El acoso laboral es una figura que existe paralelamente al trabajo, pero, a diferencia del trabajo, solo recientemente ha comenzado a estudiarse y normalizarse. Es de gran interés e importancia realizar un proyecto dedicado únicamente a esta problemática social y laboral. Es fundamental realizar el análisis desde la perspectiva jurídica ya que la mayor parte de la investigación se deriva de otras disciplinas como la psicología y la psiquiatría.
Labor harassment is a figure that exists parallel to work, but, unlike work, it has only recently begun to be studied and normalized. It is of great interest and importance to carry out a project dedicated only to this social and labor problem.
