Explorar el concepto de “justicia restaurativa ambiental“ en la propuesta de TOAR presentada por los excombatientes del municipio de Palestina Huila- Establecer diálogos entre la iniciativa local de TOAR en Palestina con los estándares internacionales de justicia transicional- Analizar como el concepto de “Reconciliación Integral de Territorio” nutre lo que los excombatientes FARC entienden como reparador-restaurador en el TOAR propuesto para el municipio de Palestina.- Publicar en el journal scopus Q1 y así mismo abrir un campo de investigación en un tema novedoso para Colombia y el mundo.
Explore the concept of “environmental restorative justice“ in the TOAR proposal presented by ex-combatants from the municipality of Palestina Huila- Establish dialogues between the local initiative of TOAR in Palestine with the international standards of transitional justice.- Analyze how the concept of “Comprehensive Territory Reconciliation“ nourishes what FARC ex-combatants understand as repairer-restorer in the TOAR proposed for the municipality of Palestine.- Publish in the Scopus Q1 journal and likewise open a field of research on a new topic for Colombia and the world.
