We offer an innovative, student-centered program, where our students learn by doing and researching. We want our graduates to be well-rounded professionals that are able to understand health and illness from a biological, social, cultural and psychological perspective, in order to solve the problems that affect the quality of life of people and communities.Our program strongly develops human, scientific and practical competencies. We conceive the medical profession as being more than a series of instrumental skills, and for that reason we take into account social and humanistic education and the development of creativity and leadership for social transformation. Among many other factors, this includes teamwork, social responsibility, ethics, tolerance, solidarity, empathy, sensitiveness, skills of analysis and synthesis, critical thought, all of which will make you more competent in a global and digital world.We support students in choosing their professional future through a variety of options: family and preventive medicine, medical and surgical graduate diplomas, master’s degrees in research and PhD programs.
