In this research work, the Business Pulse survey developed by DANE in conjunction with other organizations was used as a basis for its analysis. For DANE (s.f.). The Pulso Empresarial survey was created by DANE with the support of the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank -BID- and the Development Bank of Latin America -CAF-, with the aim of measuring the impact of the economic, social and environmental emergency caused by COVID-19 in the economic activities of companies, and to monitor their adjustment and management mechanisms. Having clear the objective and the parties involved in the creation and development of this survey, it will be possible to obtain a better perception of the analysis carried out of this survey in each of its 6 initial rounds. For the development of this analysis, a classification by macroeconomic sectors was elaborated which can be observed in detail in the course of the document. This classification allowed us to focus on the sectors and economic activities that perceived a greater impact due to the crisis that COVID-19 brought with it. Additionally, it will be possible to show a panorama which allows us to see an evolution in each of the indicators evaluated in the survey throughout the different rounds carried out by the DANE institution. This in order to have a more accurate visualization of how the companies in the most affected sectors have faced the crisis and if they have had an evolution or have presented a decline regarding their activity.
