Identifying the following problems in a class group when conducting a workshop and/or delivery: limitation to verbalize, difficulty in identifying relevant information and conflict in determining the question(s) to be solved, we found that a fundamental step in successful problem solving is to understand them. This paper presents a protocol of five simple steps that guide students and teachers in the process of problem solving through enunciation in natural language and collaborative work.
