Introduction: Employment and working conditions are important components of social and economic life and have a fundamental role in determining health. General objective: Evaluate the working and health conditions of workers in a food company in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, 2020, during the time of the declared Covid-19 pandemic. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was carried out, the workers were divided into two operational and administrative areas 28 and 62 respectively, the total population being 90, of which 9 were part of the pilot test (9). A survey on health and work conditions was carried out with prior written and voluntary authorization. For the analysis of qualitative variables, univariate frequencies were obtained and for those of a quantitative type, measures of central tendency and dispersion were calculated. Bivariate analysis was also performed. Results: 60% (49) of the workers were male, 87% (71) of Colombian nationality, 38% (31) were between 20 and 29 years of age and the operational staff corresponded to 72% ( 59). Regarding the risks, the factors that determine the pace of work were the direct demand of people 82% (67) and the amount of products or services to be carried out (63) 77% and in the workplace the most reported situation was the exposure to stairs, holes or unevenness 74% (60), among others. Conclusion: most of the workers perceived their health as very good or excellent and did not report physical violence from clients, colleagues or bosses in their workplace
