  • This study aims to demonstrate the relationship between clients and healthy organizations, these being those that have positive impacts on its stakeholders. To find that relationship, several key concepts such as welfare has been defined as the assessment we make of the circumstances and functioning within society (White and Diaz, 2005, p. 583) were reviewed. During the study it is possible to see different variables that can help customers to identify whether perceive welfare or not of a company, something that can not be reached to consider as a generality if we take into account the differences that may exist between different sectors and cultures. However variables like quality of product / service, response to complaints, service recovery and customer perceived value; were found like the common denominator between them.
