In this work was developed the reformulation of the model of Lucentezza Accesorios, which was done, was an exploration and observation of the processes that are realized in the company. Once made this investigation there were identified the weak points at which we had to improve.We initiate a development of different activities as virtuous circles, Moodboard, curves of value, Blue-print, model Canvas, between others. With these tools and the experience of the company on the market, modifications were realized. Identify the way that from this moment must take the company, to be sustainable and scalable in the time.This investigation also helped us to know more our clients, to have a clearer profile of them, and be able to focus our promotion towards to our objective client.
