Nowadays the governments job and the enterprises are an extremely influential factor for the development of the community tourism in Colombia, where the support, the responsibility and the care of environmental aspects are fundamental. The region where the development is taking place has a great projection of success nowadays. With the goal of defining the role of each one a semi systematic research is made. It is made in a data base collecting the information using key words and inclusion factors. This information was carefully analyzed, it was organized by codification of first and second degree defining each code. And of this way exposing the role that progress and community tourism growth play. It can impact either of a positive or a negative way the investors, employment givers, promoters, mediators, and supervisors.
