  • This study aims to identify the variables that influence the effectiveness of enterprise networks. This search is based on the existing literature on the effectiveness of teams, organizations and interorganizational networks, as well as the analysis of models and empirical studies that allowed the analysis. According to the search, variables such as the structure of the network, system stability, commitment of employees in each of the organizations that are part of the network, trust within the network, the transfer knowledge transfer​ and openness of the system are the variables in conclusion, that showed to be good predictors of effectiveness within enterprise networks.
