  • The interest of the article is to analyze how ecogubernamentalidad has become a strategy of transnational networks in the defense of the collective territory. To do speeches and global policies on the environment and on the human rights of indigenous peoples are tracked through which it has been assigned the responsibility of preserving biodiversity these communities, legitimizing its control over the territory. Humanitarian delineating the area and Biodiversad the collective territory of Resguardo of Santa Rosa de Guayacán exposed how, using global categories in the local level, in order to seize the opportunities of science and technology policies and international legalinstruments. Finally, it is proposed that the Interchurch Commission for Justice and Peace and Peace Brigades International are involved in policy rather than Wounaan, through practices in the field; lobbying international and CyberPolitics agencies, viewing the construction of an alternative socio-natural space for indigenous promoted by specific environmental purposes.
