  • The video presents the formulation and prototyping result of a pedagogical innovation proposal for developing soft skills in students of the School of Administration of the Universidad del Rosario. This proposal consists of a team game called Business Skills Challenge, designed to develop soft skills in business students. The game simulates situations in the business world and is divided into several rounds, each with a higher level of difficulty than the previous one. Students work together to solve communication problems, decision making, conflict resolution, and time management while applying theoretical knowledge acquired in class. The game encourages healthy competition among students, improves their motivation to learn, and allows them to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations. This pedagogical innovation seeks to develop critical skills for success in the business world through a fun and challenging experience.
