Viabilidad técnico económica de un sistema solar fotovoltaico bajo un acuerdo o contrato de compraventa de energía PPA para la sede Claustro de la Universidad del Rosario
Thesis
For an organization, implementing a solar photovoltaic system is an investment that can represent more than 100% of its annual profit. Furthermore, it is a technology that depends on a factor often considered unpredictable; weather. This means that calculating an energy production may present variations with respect to reality or, in some cases, errors. From the above, an alternative is born to implement photovoltaic solar energy projects with an investment of zero pesos. This is through a contract called PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), which consists of the installation of a long-term energy contract system between a renewable developer and a consumer. In this case, the renewable developer is a private company and the consumer is the Claustro campus of the Universidad del Rosario. Based on this, this project seeks to develop three main aspects. First, analyze the consumption information from the Claustro Campus of the Universidad del Rosario. Second, identify the advantages of carrying out this type of project compared to making 100% of the investment. Third, develop a technical-economic proposal under different contract terms; 10, 12 and 15 years old.
