abstract

  • In a world full of change, why do some organizations fail and others arrive to recover, even better than before? The growing uncertainty facing organizations has attracted the attention of directors and managers motivated by effective solutions to address the growing variations that affect their environments and to ensure the sustainability of their organizations. The focus of organizational resilience is based on the premise that organizations worldwide are active part of ever-changing environment, governed by political, economic and social instability. Rather than focusing on the causes of this situation, organizational resilience is concerned to observe the conditions that make it possible to adapt and develop in a more effective and efficient way. This project bases its study on the importance of knowing the factors that contribute to the creation of organizational resilience as a way of creating competitive advantage over other companies to know how to manage internal and external adversity, facing them, overlapping and learning from them to strengthen.
