The present investigation is structured as an informative document of contribution to the investigation group of “Strategy and cooperation” of the strategy investigation line of the University of the Rosary, and seeks to add key elements in the macro development of its investigations about Corporate Cooperation and all of its actors. This investigation is presented after a joint development of several topics, that the elements of the company, culture, and supply chain have in common, which is in charge of leading the logistic processes in different areas of the organization to achieve effectiveness. This investigative approach concludes that the culture plays an important role in the supply chains and the effectiveness of the companies, depending on the development of the organizational and how this is shown in the supply chain. Therefore better processes con result from it with regards to the company objectives.
