The studies analyzed in this document demonstrate the different perspectives of the concept of organizational resilience as a result of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the systematic review of 12 related studies, the concept of organizational resilience is approached from other points of view, such as its ability to resist a crisis, its ability to mitigate events, its development capacity and its strategic influence on social and economic sustainability. Other relevant topics such as innovation, creativity and self-efficacy are also addressed as factors that drive positive results of business resilience.
