  • The Rausch Brothers case is a degree investigation that pretends to identify the strategic theories reflected in each one of the business units inside “Rausch Brothers” brand, which have had along several years the two brothers in the roll of Professional chefs, managers and restaurant owners. This project pays special attention to the strategies used on the innovation, growth, positioning, expansion and renovation stages. Emphasizing in Criterion, which is the key of the success and recognition achieved.
