  • In the last years, the business environment has been experiencing and searching for new organizational strategies for a better performance of its activities, in order to achieve the goals that the companies project every day. One of these strategies is the creation of inter-organizational networks, which are a tool that allows them to work cooperatively to achieve a common goal, which benefits to each one of the network members. In this context, it is relevant to know its effectiveness level, likewise to know the key factors that influence in the good functioning of an inter-organizational network.Therefore, this research project makes emphasis on the reputation, which is a key factor of trust and an influential element in the effectiveness of inter-organizational networks, taking into account not only the reputation of the network members, but also the reputation of the entire network.
