  • The challenge for current companies is to achieve the perfect balance between the needs of their stakeholders and the fulfillment of their objectives. The purpose of this study was to establish if there was a relationship between human resources practices and corporate reputation. To achieve this purpose, a study was carried out with 100 employees of a financial institution that has a presence throughout Colombia, assessing their perception of the human resources practices implemented in the organization, specifically selection of personnel, performance evaluation, compensation of personnel, promotion of personnel and training and development of personnel and corporate reputation. The results obtained in the study showed that human resource practices have an effect on corporate reputation, which is consistent with previous studies conducted to identify the relationship between these concepts.
