abstract

  • This research article is aimed at the University community and specifically at a faculty of medicine and health sciences, linked to university wellness groups focused on the emotional management strategy. The main purpose is to analyze the relationships between the academic environment and personal experiences in the configuration of emotions during the training process of young university students. It is a qualitative study, related to the anthropology of the body, the sociology of the individual and the sociology of emotions, which is developed through virtual observation of workshops and interviews applied to professors, students and graduates. I know the importance of understanding emotions, since each emotion is an adaptive message to live better in relation to the environment. It involves knowing how to listen to emotions, which means understanding a social world that is built and shared with the other students of the Faculty, which needs group recognition and individual distinction. It is concluded that the emotional process should be strengthened with the search for methodologies and tools for the strengthening of skills where particular cases and specific situations among university students are taken into account.
