  • The objective of this document is to investigate from the scientific literature the scope of Telemedicine in speech therapy that allows generating contributions in the care of users with dysphagia, based on a characterization of different topics such as Telemedicine that with its development and analysis will allow the creation of a remote strategy for adults with signs of dysphagia through Telemonitoring, a telemedicine modality, in order to reduce the economic gap of patients due to the multiple trips that sometimes have to be made, the scarce care in health in rural areas and the importance of monitoring patients since it can bring favorable results for treatment and also allow finding difficulties in time, avoiding the presence of alarm symptoms that indicate a presence of penetration or aspiration.
