Compassion seems sometimes a term that has been losing value over the years, however, there are companies that make this value a competitive advantage. For this reason, this study will focus on the role of organizational compassion in the creation of level 5 leaders. Thus, in this document we will find a theoretical and conceptual foundation where the different sources and bibliographic bases for this study will be presented.
