  • This article examines the relationship between healthy practices and organizational commitment. To evaluate these two aspects was necessary two questionnaires. In organizational commitment, we used a questionnaire of Meyer and Allen (1993), which assesses the commitment to 3 components: Affective, normative and continuous. With regard to health practices, we used an instrument that assesses subjects perceptions about four healthy practices. For this case, it was necessary to divide one of the components in five healthy practices aimed at the development plan, employees, care of the internal environment, external environment and care providers. To study used a sample 80 subjects in an enterprise of graphic art production. The instruments was applied randomly. The results show a relationship between affective commitment and normative commitment to healthy practices, on the other hand, there was no direct relationship between the continuance commitment and healthy practices in any of its guidelines.
