abstract

  • Without realising it, the preparation and consumption of food involves decisions and actions, through which traditions, knowledge and spaces for relationships are activated, often leading to dialogue and collective creation. Therefore, this project takes food as a starting point to propose a methodology for everyday peacebuilding. To this end, we seek to overcome geographical distances and vindicate the common resistances between the Wayuu population of El Rodeo and the 9S collective, which face the reconfiguration of the social fabric in the context of a continuous tension with the State, the imposition of oblivion generated by the violence and the transformation of women's role within their households in the face of emerging needs.
