  • This work seeks to analyze the management of sensemaking and sensegiven in organizational crises in relation to turbulent business environments. Therefore, a qualitative research was proposed with which the terms related to business organizational crisis were identified, and an approach was taken to the terms of sensemaking and sensegiving, and their management in organizational crises. In conclusion, it was possible to determine that the role of sensemaking and sensegiven in organizational crises is fundamental, since it constitutes a methodology of approach and intervention in the construction of stable, safe and structured work environments.
