In Colombia, the BIC corporations are a new legal form that seeks to generate voluntary and concrete actions to improve the welfare of employees, contribute to the social equality of the country and help in the protection of the environment. Due to the scarce research on this type of organization, this study seeks to identify the actions most frequently implemented by BIC corporations in Colombia during the year 2020 according to the related dimensions. To achieve the above, a qualitative study with exploratory scope was conducted where the management reports of 15 BIC corporations were analyzed, using the qualitative content analysis technique through the Nvivo 12 Plus® software. The results show that BIC corporations in Colombia carry out more actions in the dimensions of labor practices and environmental practices, and the most reported action is to encourage volunteer activities related to community practices.
