  • The oral anticoagulant warfarin is the most used worldwide, formulated for the treatment and prevention of thrombotic diseases, its narrow therapeutic index and the wide variability between patients make it difficult dosage, so it is necessary to determine the frequencies of polymorphisms in genes involved in the metabolism of this drug.
