The aim of this work is to make a literature review that presents the relation between art and psychosis. For that objective an exploration of scientific articles from indexed journals of the last decade was made. An analysis of the origins of the relationship between art and psychosis was carried out, as well as a review of the uses of art made by people diagnosed with psychosis, and an approach to the type of therapeutic art interventions made by professionals from a psychoanalytic intervention model, through different sections. The literature found on this subject was very scarce in Colombia, so this work suggests the need for more investigation in this field to continue opening the new of research.
