Through the ethnographic study of the profession of bar waitresses, the existence of gender violence in this nocturnal workplace is identified. Thus, the configuration of subtle gender violence (micro-violence-moral violence) experienced by these women in the exercise of their work is evident. There, the actors, factors, lived expressions of violence and positions regarding this problem are made known.
