  • Inside ECOSISTEC S.A.S. there is a problem that is eroding the profitability and is affecting the sustainability of this company, with the approach of this applied project it is possible to solve the problem of reputation that this company has in a critical state and due to this, the company has limited its performance during the last years. Through an internal and external analysis, plus the application of different methodologies, it is expected to know the current situation of the company and the Colombian market, which will lead us to find an optimum solution that improves the current state of this organization besides its market share and the image that the potentials customers have of ECOSISTEC S.A.S.
