This paper shows how resilience is essential in times of crisis and how it can have an effect on the productivity of companies. In the same way, the VMWare company is exposed as an example. The research is carried out through the databases Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scholar, where different articles and authors were taken into account, seeking to expose how resilience has been an important factor in the VMWare company as in the world today.
