  • This investigation is directed to determine the utility of the community strategies and concepts in online marketing, in order to prevent the illegal copy in the music market. This project seeks to develop new marketing strategies that encourages and promotes the legitimate buying of music; through the creation of a positive relationship between the company and the client, having a positive impact in the community where the client belongs. This will be supported by the creation of a new music label which uses the community marketing concepts and relationship marketing, and that it is specialized on e-businesses. The overall objective is to determine the utility of the community strategies and concepts in online marketing, in order to prevent the illegal copy in the music market. This project uses an enterprises plan focused on the music market, and the enforcement of the community and relationship marketing in the marketing plan, as strategies to prevent the illegal copy of music. Therefore, this project seeks to create new strategies that could help the prevention of illegal copy, and incentive the buying of music; all of this, through the focusing of community and relationship marketing to e-marketing. Finally, it looks forward to the implementation of the results obtained in the investigation, in the company created in the music industry; because, the security of the products on sale, will become a competitive advantage for the company
