abstract

  • Faced with globalization and new consumer trends that have been developed over the years, many companies in the world have seen the necessity to find strategies that allow them to be productive in order to generate more value to consumers. With this in mind, the need to work as a team has increased and at the same time it’s creating bonds between different organizations for the achievement of greater results. Enterprise networks are a path to integrate processes and resources for organizations, and throughout this procedure some changes will impact directly the components of an organizational culture.Variations in organizational cultures can occur either gradually or abruptly depending on first, the way the cooperative process was executed by the firms, and second, by the outer context in which the company belongs. Furthermore, the leader is in charge to manage the change regarding the values (core of the culture) and without the leader’s support, the culture of an organization, practices and even the philosophy of the organization within a company will fail.
