This recognition is given for the important contribution to the understanding of intercultural and cross-border health. This model some knowledge dialogues that were fundamental to achieve the application of some western health actions within the indigenous territory of Amazonas are used. Actions that have not been carried out for a long time in the territory of the non-municipal areas of the department of Amazonas. This model fails to transcend time, it does include Western health actions in the therapeutic itineraries of the indigenous Amazonense population. This research investigates the transformations of the therapeutic itineraries from the Miapspi. These experienced transformations of the articulation of traditional medicine with western medicine. A process in which therapeutic itineraries take elements of both modern and traditional medicine to dilute the separation between the two positions. The above, in order to restore the health or welfare state of people. A situation that this work is called Hybridization in health.
