El objeto del estudio es evaluar el perfil de determinadas citoquinas en el humor acuoso (HA) y en el humor vítreo en un modelo prospectivo, in vivo, experimental de hipertensión ocular y su relación con la respuesta inmune en HA y retina, en ojos tratados con inyección intravítrea de AD-MSC.Como hipótesis del estudio, planteamos que al aplicar AD-MSC en vítreo se producirá un efecto neuroprotector lo cual alterará los perfiles de algunas citoquinas, alterando/neutralizando sus efectos en la retina, modulando la respuesta inmune en humor acuoso en un modelo de hipertensión ocular.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the profile of certain cytokines in the aqueous humor (AH) and the vitreous humor in a prospective, in vivo, experimental model of ocular hypertension and its relationship with the immune response in the HA and retina, in treated eyes. with intravitreal injection of AD-MSCs.As a hypothesis of the study, we propose that by applying AD-MSC in the vitreous, a neuroprotective effect will be produced, which will alter the profiles of some cytokines, altering/neutralizing their effects in the retina, modulating the immune response in aqueous humor in a model of ocular hypertension.
