Indigenous women in Colombia have historically been victims of sexual violence (SV) and gender-based violence (GBV) in a context marked by the armed conflict, post-conflict and currently the pandemic of COVID 19. The main objective is to implement the Intercultural School of Justice of indigenous women of the Caribbean, focused on the identification and documentation of cases of SV and GBV related to the armed conflict in a report of the 2 participating peoples (Arhuaco and Wiwa). A report will be prepared on these cases, which will be used before national and international institutions, constituting a key input for the selection of cases for the Strategic Litigation of VS and VBS. Simultaneously, the forms of spiritual litigation specific to women and their peoples will be strengthened, a training process will be developed in SR and GBV, ordinary and everyday violence, and prevention and denunciation routes will be established to strengthen women's sexual and reproductive rights, with the support of the men involved, facilitated by the precedent and lessons learned by the network of indigenous Guatemalan women of Sepur Zarco.
Las mujeres indígenas en Colombia han sido, históricamente, víctimas de violencia sexual (VS) y violencia basada en género (VBG) en un contexto marcado por el conflicto armado, el posconflicto y actualmente la pandemia del COVID 19. El objetivo principal es implementar la Escuela Intercultural de Justicia de las mujeres indígenas del Caribe, centrada en la identificación y documentación de casos de VS y VBG relacionadas con el conflicto armado en un informe de los 2 pueblos participantes (arhuaco y wiwa). Se elaborará un informe sobre estos casos, el cual será usado ante instituciones nacionales e internacionales, constituyendo un insumo clave para la selección de casos para el Litigio Estratégico de VS y VBS. Simultáneamente, se fortalecerán las formas de litigio espiritual propio de las mujeres y sus pueblos, se desarrollará un proceso de formación en VS y VBG, violencias ordinarias y cotidianas, y se constituirán rutas de prevención y denuncia para fortalecer los derechos sexuales y reproductivos de las mujeres, con el apoyo de los hombres vinculados, facilitados por el precedente y las lecciones aprendidas por la red de mujeres indígenas guatemaltecas de Sepur Zarco
