Resumen
- El problema que se investigará es cuál es la incidencia que tienen los cambios económicos y sociales del siglo XX en la transformación de los roles femeninos en Colombia. En otras palabras, la influencia del paso de un orden territorial a uno sectorial, por tanto, la consolidación de un nuevo sistema social y su reflejo en la tipificación femenina. El planteamiento nace de la observación de que los roles que se desean y esperan sean desempeñados socialmente por las mujeres, se contraponen a los que tradicionalmente éstas debían cumplir en el siglo XIX. Este es el resultado de un proceso social que aún sigue en construcción, pero que durante las primeras décadas del siglo XX se constituyó en un suceso contradictorio y tortuoso para el orden social. La investigación intenta identificar las causas de esta transformación y las contradicciones que se pueden percibir en el ámbito femenino como reflejo de los cambios que se experimentaban en el país.El objetivo que se propone la investigación es el de mostrar, a través de información biográfica e histórica, la pertinencia y plausibilidad de las hipótesis, esto es, la efectiva dependencia o relación causal entre las nuevas condiciones económicas y sociales que se empiezan a consolidar en las primeras décadas del siglo XX por una parte, y las transformaciones y contradicciones en la tipificación femenina, por la otra.
- The problem that will be investigated is the incidence of the economic and social changes of the 20th century in the transformation of women's roles in Colombia. In other words, the influence of the transition from a territorial order to a sectorial one, therefore, the consolidation of a new social system and its reflection in the typification of women.The approach arises from the observation that the roles that are desired and expected to be performed socially by women, are opposed to those that they traditionally had to fulfill in the 19th century. This is the result of a social process that is still under construction, but that during the first decades of the 20th century became a contradictory and tortuous event for the social order. The research tries to identify the causes of this transformation and the contradictions that can be perceived in the female sphere as a reflection of the changes that were experienced in the country.The objective of the research is to show, through biographical and historical information, the relevance and plausibility of the hypotheses, that is, the effective dependence or causal relationship between the new economic and social conditions that are beginning to consolidate in the first decades of the 20th century on the one hand, and the transformations and contradictions in the typification of women, on the other.
