  • Recently, the teaching of anatomy has undergone major transformations. From traditional teaching with lectures and practice in the amphitheater, the use of various teaching tools has been incorporated. Among the most important are the virtual dissection tables that offer, from digital environments, experiences similar to the practices with cadavers, arguing that they obviate the drawbacks and enhance learning. However, the advantages and disadvantages of these have not been fully explored, particularly from the student's perspective. This work seeks to determine the perceptions generated in the learning of upper airway anatomy through the SECTRA virtual dissection table in medical students.
