Resumen
- Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet drug used in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome. The variability in response is determined in part by genetic factors. In this project we analyzed the coding region, promoter and intronic region of the CYP2C19 gene, identifying new variants of interest, as well as determining the allelic and genotypic frequency in the population analyzed.
- El clopidogrel es un antiplaquetario usado en el tratamiento de pacientes con síndrome coronario agudo. La variabilidad en la respuesta esta determinado en parte por factores genéticos. En este proyecto se analizo la región codificante, promotora e intronica del gen CYP2C19, identificándose nuevas variantes de interés, así mismo se determinó la frecuencia alélica y genotípica en la población analizada.
