Full professor at the Faculty of International, Political and Urban Studies, Universidad del Rosario. Lecturer and former member of the Academic Board of the Academia Diplomática Augusto Ramírez Ocampo (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Colombia).

From 2012 to 2018 he was Associate Researcher and Academic Director at the Instituto de Ciencia Política Hernán Echavarría Olózaga, one of the leading think tanks in Colombia and Latin America. Between 2018 and 2019 he served as Senior Advisor to the Colombian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Professor MOLANO-ROJAS has taught courses both at the undergraduate and the graduate level in various Colombian universities. They include Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano, Universidad Sergio Arboleda, Universidad Externado de Colombia, and the Intelligence and Counterintelligence School of the Army, among others. Professor at the Superior War College for several years, while taking part of their Center for Strategic Studies on Security and National Defense. Additionally, visiting professor at IEESFORD (Instituto Especializado de Educación Superior para la Formación Diplomática, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, El Salvador).

Weekly columnist for the Colombian newspaper “El Nuevo Siglo” and regular collaborator for diverse national and international media.
